to the wild white sandy shores of the Cape, surrounded by the neighbouring
fertile rolling hills, full of fruit trees, onion fields, prickly pears,
bougainvillče, broom, jasmine and other Mediterranean plants, lies the bay of
Santa Maria, an old fishing village which reclines gently on to the sea. Here
you can find the holiday residence

terraces which slope down toward the sea. The residence is made up of small
villas designed in Mediterranean style, next to each other, and with a typical
roofed patio. All the villas are on the ground floor, immersed in greenery, and
with a sea view. They are situated 250 metres from the sea, and are
available in four different kinds:
Kind A (bilocale): 1 bedroom, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom;
Kind B (Trilocale): 2 bedroom, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom;
Kind C (Quadrilocale): 3 bedroom, 1
living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom;
Kind D (Pentalocale): 4 bedroom, 1 living
room / kitchen, 1 bathroom.
